Salary Bracket for the Candidates:
Freshers Who is new to the Industry and do not have any prior experience Salary range will start
from 18000 to 21000 In Hand. Depending upon the Interview and communication skills.
Experienced Candidate from NonCollection Background: Candidate who have any experience in BPO
Industry but do not have collection Background Experience. Salary range will start from 21000 to 25000
CTC. PF deduction is mandatory only in case PF is already getting deducted in any of the
previous/Current organization.
Experienced Candidate From the collection Background: Candidate who have prior experience in
Collection department or the process in the BPO Industry and have good communication skills in English.
Salary range will start from 24000 to 27000 CTC. PF deduction is mandatory only in case PF is already
getting deducted in any of the previous/Current organization.
Restriction:
We do not take any candidate from the Lawyer/ Advocate Politics police background and who have
worked in any Chinese app.
