Job Description

Overview:

The NonIT Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for clients.. They are responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers ensuring that the company maintains a highquality workforce to meet its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Review and analyze resumes to identify potential matches for open positions.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the selection process including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a nonIT recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong understanding of different sourcing techniques and networking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
