Job Description:
As the Retail Sales and Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in spearheading the growth and expansion of our retail fashion store. Your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to create a robust network of dealers and ensure overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and establish new dealerships in prominent cities across Nepal.
- Actively engage with dealers to promote our brand and products forging strong relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends customer preferences and competition.
- Supervise the quality control process to ensure the highest standards for the clothing we sell.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and develop realistic forecasts.
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team.
- Represent the company at industry events and build a positive brand image.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales and marketing with a focus on fashion is added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Nepalese retail market and fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different cities within Nepal.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales and marketing.
