Inventory Funding Manager Financial Services

As we increase our footprint in current markets we are now looking for an experienced Inventory Funding Manager for our Financial Services department who will be driving and managing our inventory funding business line.

The opportunity

In this position within Financial Services as a part of our Global Sales department you will be part of a growing diverse team involved in a journey towards a more sustainable future. Together youll support the business when Polestar continues to go live in new and grows in existing markets around our globe.

The team has its goal to provide Financial Services solutions through bestinclass partners which enable and support the achievement of Polestars sales loyalty and sustainability objectives.

This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg Sweden.We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both inperson collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.

The responsibilities

As Inventory Funding Manager at Polestar you will be responsible for the development ongoing management and improvement of our relevant funding products and related processes. You will be responsible for all relevant products and services and you will be the key interface and goto person between headquarters market teams and external financial services partners

You will be responsible for the development and ongoing coordination of inventory funding solutions in the context of:

• Governing business line by and through launching new overseeing and developing existing funding solutions
• Administration and oversight of Polestars (both international and market) funding solution securitization and utilization
• Coordinating with Financial Services Partners on the annual or adhoc funding line revision process and KYC documentation inclusive
• Monitoring inventory composition and aging driving mitigation actions
• Process documentation of all relevant products services & process

Further responsibilities may be added as the role and you develop within the organisation.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for a selfdriven organizational master curious to learn and driven to develop the area further. Someone with a focus on delivering highquality results.

To succeed and thrive in this role webelieve you have:

• More than four yearsof relevant experience combined with a postsecondary degree within the field of economics business management or similar.
• You have worked with similar responsibilities in a company within finance automotive leasing or banking.
