Key Performance Objectives:
First 30 days: Implementation: Roll out the new recruitment framework across all departments within six months with clear guidelines and training for all hiring managers and the recruitment team.
2nd month : Measurement and Refinement: Establish metrics for success including quality of hire speedtotalent and recruiter development. Use these metrics to refine the recruitment process continually.
3rd month: Leadership and Team Development: Develop the recruitment team into career coaches who can guide candidates in understanding and integrating into the clients organizational culture and objectives.
5th month onwards: Cultural Integration: The framework should not only attract talent but also ensure new hires are integrated into RWMs culture contributing to a 90% or higher retention rate after the first year of employment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management operations sales or talent acquisition preferably in roles involving performancebased hiring or leadership. Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of team development. Proficiency in HR technology and software for talent management (preferred).
