We are at $2B in AUM and we are looking to hit $25B with the goal of looking at an IPO in 2027. If you were to join our firm you can choose to take some or all of your transition money in equity in our firm. You can also earn additional equity as you grow your book of business which is unheard of in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work crossfunctionally to drive assets under management growth across a portfolio of independent 3rd party advisors and through direct company Advisors.
- In conjunction with the Client Services team cultivate relationships across your portfolio of assigned advisors connecting with key business executives from Clevel on down.
- Partner with and lead the Client Services team in assisting advisors with opening and funding new accounts as well as ongoing service of advisors existing clients.
- Increase awareness and growth around the full suite of our products.
- Develop a strategic and targeted approach to attain and exceed annual sales quota and net retention targets.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity pipeline management.
- Use in house CRM Software effectively to run the sales process from lead generation to closing and maintaining relevant data.
