Team Member Finance and Strategy Team

The association SEET Support Education Empower Together supports refugees on their way to Swiss universities and focuses on the specific challenges women face in this context. Since our foundation in 2020 we have supported over 30 women through our mentoring programme. We are a team of motivated volunteer students PhDs postgraduates and youngprofessionals and we employ one parttime employee.

Tasks

As a member of the finance and strategy team you will support the team in developing the associations longterm strategy representing SEET to stakeholders and writing proposals. The finance and strategy team managesthe daytoday financial business and ensures the financing of SEET.

Requirements

You are a suitable candidate for this position if you are eager to learn and would like to develop your skills in strategic planning professional communication and finance. The workload is 23 hours per week but varies throughout the year. No previous knowledge in the field of finances is required. While German language skills are not required a motivation to learn German is desirable.
