• Have at least 5 years of experience leading project delivery teams
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a people manager
• Workday Experience is a strong preference
• Are comfortable with wearing many hats product management technical project management and even program management
• Are passionate about people management and find fulfillment in supporting and developing your team
• Have breadth of experience in enterprise technology and experience (or interest) in HR technology
• Know how to balance priorities in a global company with a blended workforce
• Are experienced assembling and managing crossfunctional project delivery teams

What Youll Do

In this role you will manage a small team of two product managers working in close partnership with our HR tech delivery teams and will be a thought partner to our stakeholders across the business. You and your team will be responsible for planning scheduling and coordinating delivery of capabilities through Workday and a blend of inhouse and third party systems.

• Practice effective delegation
• Identify opportunities to better utilize our technology platforms and make those opportunities into wins
• Prioritize projects across stakeholder groups facilitating in resolving priority and resource conflicts
• Fluidly assemble and coordinate crossfunctional crossdepartmental teams including software and data engineers HRIS analysts functional business experts etc
• Be responsible for end to end project delivery
• Balance task assignments between employees and contractors
• Proactively identify and manage risks
• Coordinate with vendors as needed around all stages from RFP to completed implementation
