Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 10 years of handson expertise in fullstack development. As a Senior Fullstack Developer you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining scalable and innovative software solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies along with the ability to lead and mentor a development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust scalable and highperformance fullstack applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior developers providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Architect and implement solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fullstack development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with 10 years in software development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular or Vue).
• Strong serverside programming skills in languages like Node.js Python Java or Ruby.
• Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
• Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Previous experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
