About the Job!

The Sales Account Associate will play a critical role in our dynamic Sales Team. This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Driving new business with small business accounts and offering pivotal support to our sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Sales Department as required.
  
• Upselling and crossselling products via email and phone.
  
• Responding to sales inquiries through Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
  
• Engaging in outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
  
• Researching and compiling lead generation lists.
  
• Developing customerfocused solutions and positioning products against competitors.
  
• Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
  
• Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
  
• Working closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
  
• Monday to Friday
  
• Weekends as needed
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Key contributor to achieving monthly and quarterly company sales targets.
  
• Negotiate and coordinate any sales deal or accounts considering the objectives of pricing quality delivery and profitability.
  
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills.
  
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Assist Receiving and Accounts Payable in resolving receipt and invoice discrepancies.
  
• Bachelor s Degree required.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
