Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PeopleSoft Analyst with a specialization in Benefits Payroll and/or Workforce Administration (WFA) functions. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst demonstrating proficiency in the intricacies of Benefits Payroll and/or WFA modules.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your deep understanding of PeopleSoft to analyze design and implement solutions within the Benefits Payroll and/or WFA domains.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements provide insights and drive the successful execution of PeopleSoft projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Benefits Payroll and/or WFA providing guidance to both technical and nontechnical team members.
• Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the PeopleSoft applications ensuring optimal functionality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of PeopleSoft systems recommending enhancements and implementing best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and PeopleSoft updates to provide proactive recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring and training junior team members and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of handson experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst.
• Specialized expertise in Benefits Payroll and/or Workforce Administration (WFA).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
• Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft functionality within the Benefits Payroll and/or WFA modules.
