Our client a leading company in the events industry specialising in the iGaming sector is seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Assistant. Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of the company managing reception duties with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate office logistics including handling correspondence answering phones and ensuring a wellorganised and welcoming office environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee records handle HRrelated documentation and support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews posting job ads and onboarding new employees.
- Play a role in organising and coordinating internal events and activities reflecting the companys involvement in the iGaming sector.
- Work closely with the senior HR consultant to understand the nuances of HR in the iGaming events space.
- Contribute ideas and participate in projects aimed at improving HR practices and employee engagement.
- Assist in fostering a positive work environment addressing employee queries and participating in the creation of employee wellness and engagement programs.
- Engage in professional development opportunities including workshops and seminars relevant to the events and iGaming industry to enhance your HR expertise.
- Tackle various tasks as required in a startup environment demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive handson approach to work with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field and the iGaming events sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
