We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Personal Support Person to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who require personalized assistance and care. Responsibilities: Provide support to individuals with daily living activities including personal care meal preparation medication management and mobility assistance. Offer emotional support and companionship actively engaging in conversation and activities with clients. Assist with household tasks such as cleaning laundry and organizing. Accompany clients to appointments and outings as required. Follow documented care plans and individualized instructions provided by supervisors. Communicate effectively with clients their families and other members of the care team. Document and report any changes or concerns regarding client health or wellbeing.Requirements: Cert 3 in either disability individual support ageing support or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide personal care and mobility assistance. Compassion and empathy towards individuals requiring support. Ability to adapt to varying schedules and work under minimal supervision. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. First Aid and CPR certifications in date.
