Key Responsabilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships serving as the main contact and building trust.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients goals audience challenges and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Oversee planning execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance analyze metrics and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Maintain clear client communication provide updates and address questions or concerns.
  • Set realistic client expectations for campaign outcomes timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify and solve challenges collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions.
  • Educate clients about digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate on budget management and efficient resource allocation.
  • Bridge communication between clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback for strategy improvement and satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and expand services based on client needs.
  • Implement strategies for longterm client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns with a solutionoriented approach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competition and consumer behavior.
  • Communicate the value of digital marketing and demonstrate its impact on ROI.
  • Lead contract renewals negotiations and overall contract management.
  • Continuously assess and refine client management strategies to enhance satisfaction and results.

Tech Skills:

  • CRM Proficiency: Using CRM systems to manage client interactions preferences and communication history.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Gathering analyzing and presenting campaign metrics e.g. using Google Analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication for client updates and recommendations.
  • Campaign Management Platforms: Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager for digital ad campaigns.
  • SEO and SEM Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of SEO and SEM for search visibility.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Competence in organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Email Marketing Tools: Familiarity with email marketing platforms for campaign creation and tracking.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis PowerPoint for presentations and Word for documents.
  • CRM Software: Managing client interactions using CRM software.
  • HTML/CSS Basics: Understanding HTML and CSS fundamentals for web content editing.
  • Digital Marketing Trends Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
