1) Country Manager position with min 12 years experience in engaging and managing channel partners in the region focusing on strategic leadership and the ability to drive significant business growth though effective channel management.
2) Managing existing partners and increasing our share of wallet Onboarding new partners and system integrators for entire TFG Product portfolio.
3) Experience in engaging with end users will be an added benefit.
4) Formulate and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
5) Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the longterm growth and success of the organization.
6) Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key channel partners distributors and other stakeholders.
7) Act as a trusted advisor to partners providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration.
8) Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners.
9) Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with partners to achieve and exceed them.
10) Regular coordination with the various teams of HQ for alignment of the common functionalities in their respective region.
Requirements

2)Bachelors or Masters degree in business marketing or a related field.
3)12 years of experience in channel management partner development or a related role.
4)Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful channel teams.
