As a fulltime Business Development Manager you ll receive top notch paid training and education in all of our services. Primary Job Responsibilities
Promote Diors products and services while educating and generating appointments to prospective clients
Manage a residential door to door canvassing lead generation program
Attend trade shows events fairs and more to prospect and generate leads.
Manage a team of Business Development Representatives
Assign territories
manage permits
train shadow and coach
Track KPI s
Attend weekly company team and development meetings
Coordinate and plan marketing strategies
Work efficiently and with integrity with little supervision
Job Requirements
NJ Residency and doortodoor experience is required
Valid Driver s License
Selfmotivated with a desire to excel
Must take and pass a preemployment aptitude test
Relentless at perfecting your craft always willing to learn and develop new skills
Highly developed social skills enjoys interpersonal communication and speaks clearly and with poise.
Desire to grow and become a better person and leader
BA/BS preferred
Salary and Benefits
Average first year compensation range: $70000 $110000
