Recruitment Associate
- Source candidates via universities, online platforms and referrals
- Organize and participate in campus and other recruiting events
- Support with posting, screening and shortlisting candidates
- Conduct introductory calls and HR interview with shortlisted candidates and prepare summaries to be shared with recruitment managers
- Meets established metrics for sourcing, offers and hires as related to level, position and business group. Also maintains accept/decline data on offers extended and meets goals on number of annual hires relative to level and metrics
- Demonstrates use of multiple channels in sourcing outside of typical job board and resume posting. Possesses a good understanding of requirements gathering and sourcing avenues.
- Understands and drives creative strategic solutions within multiple groups and/or locations. Understands market conditions as related to the client group
- Develop and promote the PwC people value proposition within recruitment
- Liaise with candidates and EA’s to coordinate technical interviews through different channels (F2F, Phone, Video Conferencing)
- Test candidates using the standard competency based recruitment model and employing psychometric testing within selection
- Ensure candidate information is up to date on the internal system throughout the process and managing the interview feedback process for interviewers on the system
- Update candidate status as they move through the recruitment process and be able to provide required stakeholders with recruitment progress updates
- Hire candidates on the system post offer acceptance stage
- Close cooperation with the recruitment team, Onboarding team, and broader business stakeholders as required
- Ad-hoc support on various projects as required
- Prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines effectively
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the recruitment manager, candidates and other key stakeholders
- Recruitment knowledge and experience in the Middle East Region is required e.g. Jordanian market
- Attention to detail, confidentiality and efficiency are key
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisation and time management
- Managed Services, Shared Services, Consulting/ Advisory, Professional Services and / or Big 4 knowledge is preferable
- Experience in high volume recruiting is preferable

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Administration or equivalent
