Job Description
This is a remote position.
Integration Specialist
- FullTime 40 Hours per week
- Offer is up to 80000 PHP per month
Based out of Australia our client is a Tech Advisory business supporting customers within the APAC region to design implement and optimise their Talent Technology Solutions.
About the Role
Due to continued growth within the region they are now seeking an Integration Consultant with a strong understanding of HCM Systems to join the APAC team on a part time or full time basis.This role will see you working as part of a close knit team of Project Managers & Functional Consultants collaborating to support complex Enterprise HCM Implementations.This is a remote position based in the Phillipines and will require you to be flexible to work across the APAC timezones and accommodate stakeholders in the EMEA or US timezones as needed.
Key responsibilities include
- Work with business partners architects and other groups to identify the technical and functional needs of analytical systems and determine the priority of needs
- Provide expertise in designing and developing repeatable integration solutions
- Analyse define design and document requirements for data workflow logical processes and system environments
- Work under broad direction and be fully accountable for own technical work project responsibilities and team deliverables
- Advise on the available standards methods tools and applications relevant to Integrations and make correct choices from alternatives
Experience we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience with iPaaS platforms including Jitterbit and Workato
- Minimum 2 years experience with Databases/SQL
- Deep technical expertise with integrations with a wide range of applications and technologies.
- Experience with at least one of the following HCM/ATS solutions; Workday SuccessFactors Oracle
- Experience with implementing integrations of sorts: API file transfers emails
- Experience with API s and SaaS based products and technologies like REST HTTP Postman SOAP and JSON
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
HomeBased Requirements:
Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 5 mbps
Quiet private home office free from noise background or distractions
Updated computer (desktop or laptop) excellent quality headset with microphone and a working webcam
