Job Description

This role will have a specific emphasis on maintaining partnerships and supporting our Manufacturing and Service Business Units worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• This position has responsibility and authority
• Strong SME
• Experience with Windows 10 or higher. Currently using windows 10.
• (Big plus to have experience on Windows 11)
• Handson experience with MacOS and Jamf management
• MECM (SCCM EXPERIENCE)
• Active Directory Experience
• PowerShell Experience
• Reporting and creating dashboards in Power BI
• Managing large scale enterprise environment setup

Skill/Job Requirements:

7 Systems Engineering experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Windows 10/11

Create update and maintain multiple windows OS images for Enterprise leveraging MECM

OSD MDT and WD

Experience in Windows 10 inplace upgrades in large enterprise environments

Experience in best practices of image optimization for Windows 10 and 11

Experience in troubleshooting OS imaging related issues hardware and driver issues.

Experience in troubleshooting using SCCM logs

Maintain Windows OS desktop security hardening

Build in Automation and Selfservice as needed

Create and maintain all aspects of documentation relative to responsibilities and processes.

MECM (SCCM)

Experience with working MECM 1902 and above MDT and WDS.

Hands on experience with Intune and Auto Pilot

Create custom reporting using Power BI

Familiar with creating application packages and deployment

MacOS

Extensive handson experience with Mac OS management and troubleshooting

Packaging and upgrading Mac OS and Software using jamf

Optimize Mac environment using best practices

Maintain and create application packages

Package software and patches as needed for deployment

Active Directory

Experience with managing Active Directory objects and security groups

Hands on experience with troubleshooting GPOs DNS and DHCP issues in relation to

workstations and OS deployment.

Experience with Windows firewalls settings

Create and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts as needed.
