Assignment Duration: 3 Months Potential fulltime hire
Hours: MF 85pm
Resources typical working day:
This candidate will be handling client requests submitted through Outlook and provide an answer for clients question. This candidate will be asked to take on additional side projects that are needed to support the team. They will need the ability to comprehend and interpret instructions short correspondence and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. As well as the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. This candidate will need to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients coworkers and/or supervisor.
Years of Experience needed:
1 years of experience administrative or financial operations support is preferred but not required.
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite
Top Must have Skills:
Customer Service Experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Adaptable ProblemSolving abilities and dependable
Top 3 Nice to have Skills:
Experience in Accounting Accounts Payable and associate degree
Interview Process: 12 Rounds of Interviews. All will be via teams with two individuals.
