The Director of Sales at Smart Rooms Company is responsible for developing sales across all our brands. The ideal candidate will lead and direct all sales activities in collaboration with the revenue department focusing on growth and cultivating key customer relationships in the smart room technology sector. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and operational expertise to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a sales team including recruitment training and talent development for EMEA LATAM and USA regions.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their specific needs.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment in sales strategies.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance the companys market position.
  • Innovative Sales Initiatives: Introduce innovative sales initiatives to stay ahead in the competitive market.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate on strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Masters degree desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles in sales preferably in the technology sector or with smart roomrelated products.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in developing successful sales strategies and managing teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Datadriven decisionmaking and analytical skills.
  • Languages required: Spanish & English mandatory additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability to travel frequently.
