Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader of ground support and geotechnical solutions for mining industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to report to the Supply Chain Head, who will ensure customer orders are placed, manufactured and supplied accurately and on time in line with all relevant capabilities and lead
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal Safety, Health and Environment plan in line with regional SH&E
- Manage personal activities in line with Company’s SH&E policy and support appropriate SH&E initiatives with
- Manage lead-times and provide timely and accurate information to

- Ensure warehouse processing is done by relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between customers, suppliers and plants regarding changes to orders or delivery

- Coordinate production plans with order book requirements and take action to support customer
- Implement projects to optimize production planning and control using Lean
- Assist in the establishment of stocking and replenishment levels for manufacturing inventory using Lean inventory
- Capture, analyze and update forecast in the system (Syspro) to achieve and improve KPI´s (Forecast Accuracy and Bias).
- Conduct regular demand review meetings with both the commercial organization and You will manage Business Evolution alerts (Losses, Wins, Lifecycle changes).
- Plan new product introduction & First-time orders and Manage Seasonal & Promotional
- Manage early warning process, including material/capacity availability (collaborative with Supply Planning). You will communicate and build strong relationships with Operations and Commercial teams (internal and external customers).
- Primary interface between the supply chain and the commercial organization together with customer care and contribute to the S&OP
- Contribute to the development and implement Demand Planning Strategy aligned with Sales and Operations’ You will work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good
- Prepares as accurate as possible the demand forecast for all products with a horizon of 18 months (using the appropriate forecasting software) with the stakeholders by gathering and analyzing data, apply statistical modelling and review and validate the results to deliver a reliable forecast as part of the S&OP
- Maintain demand planning master data and systems and software, maintain relevant data and monitor / analyze
- Responsible for monitoring the forecast accuracy & bias with sales and is constantly looking for solutions and tools to improve the accuracy of the planning with sales, supply chain and
- Responsible for translating the product forecast into the required raw materials including developing the Rough-Cut Capacity
- Work with global supply points to keep them informed of expected requirements based on the
- Collects timely the right input / data and information from sales (and marketing) about seasonal effects, sales plans, promotions, market trends, distribution changes, tenders, product introductions and product terminations to combine all relevant information into the
- Identifies variances based upon historical production performance and expected future activities of products, and planning inventory needs for future
- Identifies relevant market-related data and competitive intelligence that is relevant for the demand forecasting
- Identify sales opportunities and risks and propose push sales on available capacities and
- Prepares relevant material to facilitate discussion and facilitates / manages the monthly Demand and Supply
- Timely informs stakeholders when stock levels, outbound deliveries and/ or customer service are at
- Contributes to an optimal balance between production and stock
- Establish strong, enduring and functional customer relationships that maximize the result for the customer and the
- Provide market intelligence on customers and their product

Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Degree or
- 5 years manufacturing industry
- 3 years’ experience in a supply chain
- At least 2 years direct planning
- Computer skills is a
- Customer relationship
- Lean Manufacturing
