Technical Solutions Architect

This is a remote position.

Position Responsibilities

• Key technical resource working with sales team customer and customer technical teams to oversee manage and recommend technical solutions.
  
• Lead discussions with various teams for technical product deployment (architecture resource scaling config security storage networking etc).
  
• Provides support throughout the organization on matters related to the technical aspects of the product its configuration core technical stack deployments models security storage networking system integration resources etc.
  
• Work with customers to configure technical solutions in support of the Enlitic product portfolio
  
• Aid Sales team when the opportunity progresses and requires more detailed indepth discussion around the tech stack and deployment of the solution.
  
• May work with the Sales team on customer opportunities to provide an architecture diagram specific to the customer and the Enlitic solution being recommended. Support sales in any indepth technical discussions.
  
• Work closely with Engineering Sales Deployment teams in designing hardware/software solutions to advance the company vision and mission and ensure that all members are driving to the department objectives and corporate strategy.
  
• Work with Deployment teams to specify and deploy thirdparty hardware and software infrastructure VMWare Storage Solutions Content Switching solutions Disaster Recovery Solutions.
  
• Aid Deployment and Support teams with troubleshooting customer environments and provide ongoing engagement with the customer and deployment teams during the installation and implementation of the Enlitic solutions.
  
• Participate in department leadership and crossfunctional alignment to ensure that successful execution against company strategy is occurring.
  
• Continuously look at process improvement and how to improve customer satisfaction productivity and quality.
  
• Continually investigate and be aware of new technologies that could add value to the Enlitic product line and customers. Manage all aspects of testing and viability to include third party hardware and software infrastructure VMWare Storage Solutions Content Switching solutions Disaster Recovery Solutions.
  
• Participate with Engineering and Development to ensure industry standards and state of the art products are being considered during development.
  
  
  

Requirements

Location

• Fort Collins Northern Colorado Area or Remote
  

Education

• Bachelor s degree in a technical discipline with significant onthejob experience in a hospital Cardiology or Radiology setting and/or Vendor PACS/radiology products setting in a senior technical or managerial role
  

Experience

• 7 years experience in Healthcare Information Technology specifically PACS Clinical Information Systems Cardiology Radiology Enterprise Imaging AI and related services and workflow
  
• 8 years of experience dedicated to Linux Fundamentals:
  Proficient knowledge of various Linux distributions (like Ubuntu CentOS Red Hat Debian etc.) understanding of the file system hierarchy and commandline interface.
  Linux Architecture Linux Security Linux Hardening and automation.
• 5 years experience with AWS Azure or Private Cloud Kubernetes and Docker
  
• Troubleshooting Skills:
  Problem Diagnosis: Quick identification and resolution of service outages performance bottlenecks and other system issues.
  Log Analysis: Skilled in analyzing various log files to troubleshoot problems and identify the root cause of issues.
  Resource Management: Ability to manage system resources effectively including memory CPU and disk space to ensure high availability and performance.
• Expert level knowledge in storage infrastructure design deployment and troubleshooting
  
• Expert level knowledge of overall network design and security
  
• Advanced systems design architecture configuration administration and troubleshooting skills
  
• Familiarity with DICOM HL7 XML WADO QIDO STOW
  
• Experience working with large/complex customer/vendor teams working complex projects
  
• Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery implementation including multidata center deployment models and support
  

ISO/QMS Requirements

• Understand and practice all requirements of EN ISO 13485:2016 ISO 13485:2016 MDSAP including 21 CFR 820 QMS Manual Process Flows and Work Instructions. Experience with EN ISO 62304:2006 a plus.
  
• Comply with applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to MDSAP participating countries and CE Marking).
  
• Support Internal and External audits.
