Duties:
- Handle inbound inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Obtain accommodations and transportation according to client preferences
- Utilize multiple systems and channels utilized in the booking process
- Support the client with a variety of issues to ensure swift and consistent problem resolution
- Regularly collaborate with your team
- Effectively utilize all tools and technology to process, track and report transactions
- Respond professionally to all clients and/or vendors and escalate issues, complaints or service disruptions according to procedures
- Continually update and maintain files with client transactions and itineraries
