• 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst
• Strong Domain Knowledge - Re-insurance,
• Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
• Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.
• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Understanding of Insurance business processes and Sapiens reinsurance master will be a plus
• Ability to read and analyze the reinsurance Treaty contracts
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies

• Data validation and testing.
• Data governance related work.
• Should be able to follow industry best processes.

• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
