Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for critical applications and ensure their availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application functionality, performance, and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for application performance and stability
- Utilize Unix-based tools and commands for system monitoring and administration
- Perform database queries and data analysis using SQL for debugging and reporting purposes
- Implement and maintain SRE practices to enhance system reliability and scalability
- Leverage cloud technologies to optimize application deployment and scalability
- Adhere to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management
