Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes to the highest standard
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food products
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Monitor portion control and minimize waste
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
- Assist with the development and implementation of new dishes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
