This is a remote position
The company is an innovative company at the forefront of applied AI pioneering the development of Embodied AI Their vision is akin to Jarvis from Iron Man and the Holodeck from Star Trek They are driven by passion for AI and are committed to shaping its future
Responsibilities
As a key member of our team your responsibilities will include
- Collaborating closely with our CTO in the development and shipping
- Implementing D graphics elements such as shaders rendering animations and physics
- Ensuring a highquality user experience and performance
- Working with AWS Lambda and React in the development process
Hiring Stages
- Introductory call with the Chief of Staff
- Technical discussion call about product delivery with CTO
- The technical task with CTO
- Experience in the games industry with shipped SKUs multiplatform in a lead capacity (responsible for shipping)
- Substantial experience with applied AI (either professional or personal)
- Strong JavaScript skills (either frontend or backend)
- Profound D graphics experience including shaders rendering animations physics and the linear trig math that comes with it
- A strong sense of proper user experience and performance
- Experience with AWS Lambda and React
- Startup experience and a willingness to work hard for early equity
- Ability to adapt to US timezone if not based in the US
Nice to have
- Experience with indie game development provided the work was successful at release
- A competitive salary range between $k $k commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Early equity in the company
Experience building applications using React (JavaScript/TypeScript), Redux, and Webpack. Mastery of the modern JavaScript language and all the tooling that it requires is essential. Minimum 2 years of experience creating web app backends in Node.js and its ecosystem. 2 years of experience with a focus on design elements/UX. Experience writing unit, integration, and functional tests, specifically for web services. Ability to work extended hours when necessary preferably with startup experience. Understanding of blockchain basics.
