Director of HR (Data Center or Telecom exp required)
Job Title: Director of Human Resources
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Work from home, or any of our offices
Travel: Occasional travel to the office in La Palma, CA plus occasional travel to other sites (as needed)
Salary: Compensation package will be commensurate with experience

Position Summary: As the head of the Human Resources group, the Director of Human Resources shall be responsible for developing human resources policies, and directing and coordinating human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) plus a minimum of seven years of relevant work experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise a group of human resources employees. Act as the primary point of contact for the Company's PEO provider. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
