Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsdriven Senior Director of Brand Management with a minimum of years of seniorlevel expertise in brand management and a substantial role in shaping brand and market strategy The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in an organization known for superior products/services and innovation in approaching the market

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Market Insight Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand and market strategies drawing on a decade or more of experience in senior brand management

  • Multicultural Marketing Expertise Bring a deep understanding and experience in multicultural marketing enhancing the organizations ability to connect with diverse audiences

  • Performance and Innovation Demonstrate a history of driving performance in a resultsdriven environment and contributing to an organizations innovative market approach

  • Culture and Team Development Foster a strong organizational culture focusing on team leadership communication interpersonal skills and team building to ensure a cohesive and highperforming team

  • Collaboration and Influence Exhibit strong collaboration and influencing skills both internally (across functions such as sales operations finance) and externally (with distributors and customers)

  • Profitability and Growth Maintain a strong focus on both profitability and brand growth contributing to the overall success of the organization

  • Trade and Consumer Focus Develop and implement strategies that resonate with both trade partners and end consumers

  • Creativity and Analytical Thinking Combine a proven desire and ability to think creatively with strong analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Project Management and Organizational Skills Demonstrate excellent organizational skills prioritize effectively and exhibit solid financial acumen in managing projects

  • SelfStarter Mentality Act as a motivated selfstarter capable of working independently without daily guidance

  • Travel Possess the ability and willingness to travel as needed for meetings presentations and industry events



Requirements
  • Minimum years brand management in senior position with a significant role in brand/market strategy
  • Multicultural marketing experience (highly desirable)
  • Proven track record of performance in an organization that is regarded for superior products / services and an innovative approach to the market
  • Strong culture and team development including leadership communication interpersonal skills and demonstrated team building are essential
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills including across internal functions (ex sales ops finance) and external (distributors customers)
  • Strong focus on profitability and brand growth
  • Solid Trade and consumer focus
  • Proven desire and ability to think creatively coupled with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational ability to prioritize excellent project management skills and solid financial acumen
  • Successful candidate will be a very motivated selfstarter and be able to work without daily guidance
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings presentations and industry events
  • BA/BS required MBA highly desired
  • Location New York City
