Title: Sr. Tech Support Analyst

Work Hours: 9am-5pm day

- Applies knowledge of technology to troubleshoot issues, create remediation roadmaps, identify, and resolve security, and monitor performance.
- Seeks to understand how applications are using technology and pro-actively recommends opportunities to improve.
- Understands how to navigate tools and processes.
- Partners across technical teams to resolve identified issues.
- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot problems and document RCAs.
- Views issue from perspective of an SLO and leadership.
- Clearly communicates security standards to others in an organized way.
- Identifies applicable security/data standards when reviewing requirements and recommends controls to ensure compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to create and follow Standard Operating Processes.
- Ability to partner with other teams for documentation and problem review/resolution.
- Understands security risks & implications when implementing solutions.
- Understands the content and process of current security controls.
- Obtain the facts and information needed to collaboratively to arrive at the optimal outcome.
- Can apply functional knowledge and skills to tasks and problems.
- Demonstrates responsiveness by conveying critical information to decision makers.
Ideal candidate background:
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
Skills/attributes are required:
- 8+ years of experience with application support in a Devops based model.
- 5+ years of development and support experience with .NET based application.
- 5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow for incidents, problem management and change management.
- 5+ years of experience producing reports with Office products for documentation, reporting, and data review.
- 5+ years of experience of process documentation and flow diagrams using tools like Visio.
- 2+ Application Security Scanning tools and helping team to resolution.
- 2+ years of experience with Static Code Analysis tool like SonarQube, CodeQL, etc.
- 2+ years of experience with queuing tools like RabbitMQ
- 2+ years of experience with Redis
- 2+ years of experience with setting up monitoring using Dynatrace, Zabbix, etc.
- 4+ years of experience with working with Active Directory including:
- o Groups
- o Accounts
- 4+ years on working on support tickets related to networking requests including:
- o IP Addressing
- o Firewalls
Skills/attributes are preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
- Proven ability to do POC on emerging tech-stack.
- Experience with Linux or Unix platform.
- Experience with event steaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Demonstrated Knowledge of Infrastructure Architecture.
