Position Overview:

Compensation:
Competitive salary, starting at $140,000+ (experience-dependent)

Percentage of litigation department profits
Guaranteed percentage of resolved cases provided by the firm
27% of fees for referred cases
Preferred:
Florida Board-Certified Attorney in Civil Litigation
Proven track record as a trial attorney with substantial verdicts
Leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in data analysis, metrics, and KPI utilization
Passion for coaching and mentoring fellow trial attorneys
Direct reporting to Chief Legal Officer
Opportunity for litigating your own cases
No marketing required; guaranteed referral bonuses

Good Standing with the Florida Bar
Personal injury experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication
Organizational and prioritization skills
Education and Experience:
Juris Doctorate
Juris Doctorate
Minimum 5-10 years of Plaintiffs side experience with significant trial experience
