What Youll Do
Youll immediately assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Litigation Department. Youll do this by...
- Leveraging sophisticated document drafting skills
- Leading cases
- Supervising more junior attorneys
- Engaging with partners, clients, and opposing counsel
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years experience with complex business litigation including
- conducting and managing written and document discovery
- researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings
- conducting and defending depositions
- preparing witnesses for testimony
- appearing for status conferences
- arguing motions in both state and federal court
Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations and experience with trial preparation is preferred.
Juris Doctor and admitted to the Bar 5 to 7 years litigation experience
