pAt The Wise Seeker we are looking for a Refrigeration maintenance to work with our client in te US an American multinational corporation based in Springdale Arkansas that operates in the food industryppThe refrigeration technician is responsible for operation inspection and repair of ammonia refrigeration systems in a Frozen Food Manufacturing Environment in accordance with IIAR and RETA standards state and local building codes and required safety regulations while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and proceduresppstrongTasksstrongpulliThe refrigeration technician is a core team memberliliThis position will assist in maintaining documentation for PSM and RMP within the limits set by OSHA and EPAliliMust be able to troubleshoot maintain and manage systems of lbs or above of ammonia read and interpret schematics P&ID drawings Blueprints and flow diagramsliliMust have strong aptitude for troubleshooting mechanicalelectrical issues ability to handle multiple and complex tasks awareness and knowledge of surroundings in relation to climate atmosphere and equipmentliliAbility to work variable shifts weekends andor holidaysliliExposure and experience with Process Safety Management Risk AssessmentManagement and Hazmat is beneficialliulpstrongRequirementsstrongpulliYou must have at least six () months work experience within the last months to be considered for this positionliliFour year college degree desiredliliRETA certification or equivalentlilimust be able to pass CIRO test within one year of employmentlilistrongThree () to five () years ammonia refrigeration experiencestrongliliMust have experience and strong knowledge of Process Safety Management Risk Management and Hazmat programsliliMust be able to stand for the duration of the shift ( hours)liliAble to lift poundsliliMust have effective written oral and interpersonal communication skillsliliMust be willing to complete all required training for the job On call duties to include nights and weekends (when necessary)liliCannot have more than rehires and must wait a rehire waiting period of daysliulpstrongBenefitsstrongpulliPay range for the position is $ $ hr (based on the skills and experience)liliThere is potential to progress quickly within levels based on completed training and demonstrated skills on the jobliliBonus for all new hiresliul
