Contract Administrator

Full-service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Contract Administrator to their Indianapolis office!

Responsibilities:

• Develop contract proposals
  
• Review cost estimates including proposal costs, then determine if estimates are reasonable/accurate
  
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date
  
• Ensure contracts comply with state/federal laws and regulations
  
• Work independently and as part of a team
  

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Business Administration
  
• Additional law qualifications preferred
  
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field (preferably the AE industry)
  
• Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
