Agile Project Manager

Required Skills:

At least five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) years as an Agile Project Manager.

At least two (2) years of experience managing a large-scale project with a value of at least five (5) million dollars ($5,000,000) and with 5,000 or more employees involving three major operational business areas and five distributed geographic work locations.

At least three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years as an Agile Coach to multiple Agile project teams.

At least one of the proposed consultants must have at least three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years providing technical writing and Agile documentation /quality assurance within Agile project teams.

At least five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) years facilitating requirements gathering, epics, themes, features, user stories, etc., and completing product backlog, prioritization, roadmap, sprint planning, retrospective, and continuous improvement processes.

At least three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years coaching teams in transition from traditional waterfall software development lifecycles to Agile methodology.

Possession of a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification valid for entire term of contract.

At least three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years working as a Scrum lead on IT projects using SAFe, using the principles of design thinking and lean/Agile software delivery, engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.

Desired Skills:

At least three (3) years of experience in a leading role on at least two (2) complex, mission-critical, highly visible Agile projects in the last seven (7) years.

At least two (2) years of experience working on an Agile or scrum project for a government or business organization servicing Motor Vehicle functions.

Possession of a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Possession of a current PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification.

Possession of a Scaled Agile Inc. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification.

Possession of a M.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
