As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department, which will include handling tasks related to personnel records, data management, policy creation, and recruitment assistance.
Further, you will maintain personnel records, update databases, and create guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies. You will also gather payroll data, publish job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare HR-related reports. Finally, you will develop training materials and respond to employee inquiries about benefits. Overall, the HR Administrator will ensure smooth Human Resources operations and provide support to the Human Resources department.
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
Proficiency in using HR software like Rippling
Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications
Thorough knowledge of labor relations and laws
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls
Responsibilities:
Assist with legal and compliance, including investigations, complaints, and accommodations
Aid in applicant recruiting and interviewing processes
Assist accounting department based on employee needs
Process employee data including for payroll, benefits, hiring
Maintain physical and digital personnel records
Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity
Serve as the first point of contact with employees on HR-related issues and insurance vendors
Assist in supervising new employee onboarding, preparing offer documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ordering equipment
Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, and process confidential reports and documents.
Handle termination processes
Help develop and track employee training programs
Respond to emails and calls on behalf of the Human Resources Department
Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions
Assist with developing and upholding company culture
Preferred Education and Qualifications:
Professionals in Human Resources (PHR), or other HR certifications, are preferred
Minimum Bachelor s degree or relevant in HR required
Skilled in performance management and employee benefits administration
