Pay: $15-17/hr.

Hours:  Monday & Tuesday 6AM-2:30PM Friday- Sunday 11AM-7:30PM

Job Description:

Shift Supervisor will ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Order food and equipment based on needs, manage quality control, coordinate, and supervise staff performance, while ensuring superior customer service for the patients. Supervise kitchen & wait staff. Arrange for new employees proper onboarding. Monitor compliance with safety & hygiene. Gather resident feedback and recommend improvements. Must have 2 years’ experience in restaurant management. Must be able to work required schedule, work holidays. The goal is to minimize operating costs, boost employee retention and deliver positive dining exp for residents.

Requirements:

SERV Safe Manager Certification or CDM 2 years Restaurant Management Exp Strong Communication Skills GED, or HS Diploma
