Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring overall system maintenance and upgrades are up-to-date.
- Provide constant technical support for printers, scanners, Q Matic, and DVR.
- Manage the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of the organisation s local area network hardware/software.
- Ensure networks, workstations, operating systems, and software applications are operational; hardware and software are patched and/or updated; all analogue and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications.
- Monitor, and manage budgetary for equipment or software new purchases, additional upgrades, etc.
- Actively coordinate with web developers for the branch 's website and software s updates.
Requirements:
- Having at least 3-4 years of experience in IT Support roles.
- Technically sound in networks, hardware, or software maintenance.
- Excellent knowledge in Firewall management.
- Prior experience in planning budgetary for equipment/software is an advantage.
