Manage the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of the organisation s local area network hardware/software.
Ensure networks, workstations, operating systems, and software applications are operational; hardware and software are patched and/or updated; all analogue and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications.
Monitor, and manage budgetary for equipment or software new purchases, additional upgrades, etc.
Actively coordinate with web developers for the branch 's website and software s updates.
Requirements:
Having at least 3-4 years of experience in IT Support roles.
Technically sound in networks, hardware, or software maintenance.
Excellent knowledge in Firewall management.
Prior experience in planning budgetary for equipment/software is an advantage.
