Fast-food Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- At least two years of fast-food GM experience and a minimum of 5 years of quick-serve restaurant supervisory experience- brand experience must include fryers and drive-through
- Strong working knowledge of store operations, food safety and health codes, and management principles - including scheduling, cost control, continuous improvement, and inventory control policies
- Computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office)
