Our firm supports small and medium-sized businesses. We provide excellent support in upgrading equipment, cloud enablement, and security measures. We are a fun and laid back team. This is a direct position, not an agency position, but we are using an agency to help in the search.
The Job:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and see them through resolution
You must be able to:
- Configure site to site VPNs
- Setup small to medium networks and VLANS
- Plan out and execute migration of email accounts to cloud
- Administer office 365 via azure
Requirements
- Customer Service: Level 2 networking experience
- Network Hardware: routers, switches, modems, and firewalls
- Network Protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, DHCP, and SMTP
- Networks Designs: Small to medium- sized networks (redundancy, failover, load balancing)
- Network Security: Defense against common network attacks. VPNs and firewalls
- Troubleshooting: Subnetting, NAT, Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANS, etc.

Extron Experience Control Systems Programmers create code for control systems solutions and conduct systems design for control systems in audio visual applications They also provide phone and onsite technical support, conduct control system commissioning, and support control systems product training Development of control system solutions Collaborate with technical managers, sales managers and AV system design engineers to ensure that programmed solutions meet customer expectations Author and maintain service estimates and scope of work documentation for programming projects Frequent travel will be required
