THE ROLE
We are interested in a HR and Office Coordinator to join our team at our San Mateo, CA office location. This individual must be highly organized, self-motivated, inquisitive, and willing to learn about enterprise data solutions. As an HR Coordinator, you will work with several leadership team members on initiatives and projects to help improve the business s overall efficiency and people s experience. Working with common office applications is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in general administration and a passion for working with people and solving business problems. This is a part-time position and requires you to be in the office five days a week.
The person we re looking for is a dynamic, self-motivated individual that operates with a sense of urgency. Must have excellent organizational skills and demonstrate closed loop problem solving experience. Should be detailed oriented and ability to orchestrate the tactics required to support several special projects and general office related activities. It means working collaboratively with a broad range of people both inside and outside the organization to get things done.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Coordination of employee/contractor onboarding and offboarding process.
- Liaison with service providers such as ADP, Insurance brokers, and Vendors and manage the services procured by the company.
- Organize and manage vendor and client contracts using SaaS applications.
- Work with the Talent team for scheduling, follow up on application status, and closing the loop on employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding.
- Work with consulting resources on timekeeping, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Assist with vendor contract negotiations and lead company events planning and organization.
- Manage office logistics and general decorum.
- Work with company attorneys to ensure completeness and accuracy of employee work permits and follow up on immigration paperwork and other regulatory activities.
- Provide overall Human Resource Administration support to the employee base.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven work experience of 2+ years in a professional environment that required strong organization skills and people interaction.
- Experience with functions such as Project Management, General Administration, and Executive Assistant is required.
- Worked on or with Microsoft Office and experienced in maintaining detailed metrics to track progress.
- Experience with social media tools and awareness of digital marketing techniques
- Exceptionally well organized with an ability to quickly retrieve relevant information and data points to prospects, clients, solution elements, objection handling, and priorities.
- Goal-oriented and milestone driven with excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
EDUCATION
AA Degree or if you are currently in college pursuing a degree with a flexible schedule.

Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour
