You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailStore, manage and track food documents. Design an effective way to store documents and control documents. Collaborate with the relevant operational team to review and update food related documents (eg recipe specifications). Perform checks on documents frequently to maintain accuracy. Maintain confidentiality about sensitive information. Produce ad hoc reports on projects as needed. Retrieve files for other employees and clients when needed. Design templates for documents, file types, and document databases. Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders.
