JOB SUMMARY
The LIS Administrator reports directly to the lab. Helps clear LabCorp, Soft, and billing workqueue backups. Supports lab end users in their use of Beaker. Must be a self-starter. Onsite availability is highly preferred but remote is an option.
The LIS Administrator reports directly to the lab. Helps clear LabCorp, Soft, and billing workqueue backups. Supports lab end users in their use of Beaker. Must be a self-starter. Onsite availability is highly preferred but remote is an option.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Soft Bank Administrator
- Updating product codes
- Creating new tests
- Assign new clinician codes
- Create/add new departments
- Monitor ADT and other error logs
- Troubleshooting instrument/interface errors
- User security audit
- Monitor Blood Bank backup and apply at other sites
- Develops/reviews/updates LIS policies
- Coordinates instrumentation changes
- Upgrade/Replacement
- Recalls
- Instrument software updates
Requirements
Must Have:
- SoftBank admin experience (must be able to be the LIS admin for SoftBank)
- Epic Beaker experience (preferred but not required) Previous trainer or at the elbow support type super user would be a good fit
- Lab management, policy, and procedures understanding
Nice to Have:
- DI experience
