DESCRIPTION: A sales representative is essential to the point of contact between business and prospects or clients, therefore we are looking for an impressive hardworking sales professional able to handle fulfilling existing accounts, obtaining new ones, and growing with the company! Are you ready?

Your role as a Sales person will include the following responsibilities:

  • To identify new potential prospects and support existing clients;

  • Selling the products and services of VanillaHR using solid and relevant arguments;

  • Creating and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales;

  • To develop sales strategies for new markets and customers

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

SOFT SKILLS:

  • A Team player;

  • Strong Communication skills;

  • Highly motivated and target driven;

  • Commercially minded & Negotiation Skills

  • Time management skills

  • Tech Savvy

HARD SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of MS Office;

  • Hubspot

  • LinkedIn Sales

  • Jira

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience doing software demonstrations

  • 2 - years experience in Sales (experience with the B2B market is a plus);

  • Proficiency in French and English;

  • Bachelor s degree in business or a related field;

  • Experience working remotely
