- Managing and coordinating office operations
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment
- Handling and responding to customer and client inquiries
- Assisting with special projects and events
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing administrative support to management and other staff
- Assisting with financial tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Associates or Bachelors degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Experience in an office administration role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
