Job Description

The Crewing Manager supplies technicians for a variety of live events from sports to They act as the company s primary contact and coordinator with our technicians and The Crewing Manager will provide timely, responsiveservice throughout the event production cycle to clients, technicians, and internal ;This position is on site Monday through Friday at our Facility in Dallas but could turn into a possible hybrid 1 or 2 days a

Key Duties Include:
  • Assist with hiring and managing of technicalfreelancecrews for sports, entertainment and other live
  • Communicate withProjectManagers regarding crew requirements, budgets, and
  • Coordinate and manage travel for technical crews, including airfare, hotel, and rental car
  • Ensurecrewscomply with safety, health and other regulatory
  • Oversee payroll entries and expense approval for
  • Coordinate credentials and other broadcast requirements on a per event
  • Some travel is


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or 2+ years of equivalent work
  • Strong leadership and organizational
  • Self-starter, able to set priorities, multi-task, and meet
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Attention to detail, follow through, and ability to work in a fast-paced
  • Ability to create and track production budgets
  • Knowledge of live broadcast sports, entertainment and/or other related live events as well as remote events
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of
