Spearhead projects related to the Salon;
Maintain and update book accounts ;
Bookkeeping using
Xero (Accounting software);
Asset Tiger (Asset management);
Triplog (Vehicle expense management);
Payroller (Staff payroll management)
(Contractors management)
Malaysian Nationality only
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Accounting Specialist;
Xero / Digital experience is a must;
Written and verbal communication skills;
Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedure;
Competent working devices and stable internet
Input account payable invoices so I will know what and who I should pay when check on Xero Bills to Pay
Input account receivable (subsidy from Government)
Check and make sure there is no duplicate transactions
Has experienced with Xero Accounting
Master how to use all mentioned above
Master deduction for business from ATO (References will be provided)

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Income statement (also called a Profit & Loss), which shows our revenue and our expenses over a specified time period
Balance sheet, which is just a snapshot of our financial position at one point in time
Cash flow statement, which is a record of the cash and cash-like equivalents entering and leaving our company
Statement of changes in equity (also called a statement of retained earnings) which shows how our share of capital, reserves, and retained earnings have changed in a reporting period
Developing a business bookkeeping policies, procedures, and systems
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (make sure we get paid on time, and pay our bills on time)
Monitor debt levels and apply payment to any debt as it comes up for payment
Record incoming cash and deposit at the bank
Handle bank reconciliations every month
Equip our CPA with accurate financial statements come tax time
