ABOUT THE TEAM

Numbers run the business: In the Finance Department, we see ourselves as a business partner and enabler for our operating teams and management. We facilitate a smart corporate and financial strategy with technical expertise across accounting, regulatory, tax, strategic financial planning & analysis, and treasury allowing Trade Republic to make educated decisions at every step. We believe in the power of numbers and the story they tell.

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

• You ll be the subject matter expert on everything Treasury-related
• Work with the ALCO to define our Treasury strategy, cooperating closely with c-level executives
• Executing trades and monitoring Trade Republic s liquidity position
• Ensure compliance with credit, interest rate and hedging risk limits
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Trade Republic as well as the supervisory authorities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor s degree in STEM, economics, finance or a related field
• 2-5 years experience in treasury/asset-liability management and trade execution
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to succinctly communicate complex financial concepts to senior management
• Proficient in English, German is a plus
