The People & Culture Team at Kiron has had an exciting 2022, introducing new frameworks for development and salaries, streamlining and professionalising our systems and processes, and continuing to foster a culture of care, well-being and inclusion in our organisation. The new Senior People & Culture Manager will build upon this work, guide the team and ensure that Kiron continues to offer an outstanding candidate and employee experience.
About the position
As Senior People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering on the strategy for People & Culture at Kiron and provide leadership and oversight in all areas, including recruitment, operations, policies, staffing & planning, employee experience, culture, development and inclusion.

What you can expect at Kiron
Your journey:
After your first month, you will have completed your onboarding, learned the ins and outs of Kiron and the People & Culture Team, and identified priorities for the next quarter and the rest of the year.
After three months, you will have established good relationships with all relevant stakeholders, have ownership of your areas of responsibility (e.g. payroll, legal, staffing), and guide the team on the day-to-day functioning of People & Culture.
After six months, you will additionally have made progress on agreed upon HR projects (e.g. streamlining of all HR policies, distributed workforce concept).
After 1 year, you will have delivered on all relevant HR projects, maintained a happy, motivated People & Culture team, and contributed to improving our processes, our team and Kiron s culture.
Your compensation:
A transparent wage model provides the framework for salary decisions at Kiron. Ranges are based on the job category (e.g. software engineers, fundraisers), and the level of experience and responsibility expected of the role (junior / entry-level, professional / experienced, senior / expert, team / content lead). The final salary offer is made considering the candidate s experience and expected contribution.
The range foreseen for this role is between 3750 - 4750 Euros / monthly.
